The answer to the best of my knowledge is 3 :)
In worst case scenario there is 1 update interval delay `SourceOperator` ->
`SourceCoordinator`, another 1 update interval delay the other way around. I've
added one more as an epsilon to cover for some hiccups like network delays,
maybe a GC pause etc. I've added this explanation to the description.
Unless I'm missing something, I don't imagine anyone having to configure
this apart of maybe disabling it - and that only if there is some bug tbh.
