It most probably breaks because ubuntu-24.04 now enforces Docker API version 1.44+. Same thing why we need to bump testcontainers as well, cause GH CI runners now also include a Docker daemon version that got out-of-sync with what `testcontainers` client is using. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
