I do not see how or why this is an issue. - This was like this since since ever and worked. - If I paste the link to the browser in the updated format, it will get redirected to `/#` anyways, so that's where the actual resource is. - If I search for the `/#` syntax in the core Flink repo documentation folder, there are tons of other links that uses this same syntax. And the [doc section](https://dev.azure.com/apache-flink/apache-flink/_build/results?buildId=72542&view=results) of the latest run for your [PR](https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/27543) succeeded, which also states that this is correct as is.
