Summary: Support multi-compression format python files

Now, it's only support the 'zip' compress file format for config option
'python.files', it will lead to poor compression performance comparing with
'tar.gz'.
In addition, it is worth noting that the use of zip format files will also
appear soft link file decompression exception、file permissions lost problem. So
we should support multiple compression formats to avoid this problem
