Yes, that is exactly what we aim to achieve. In fact, even before introducing skills, we discussed the need for a catalog-like mechanism to manage resources, including models, tools, MCPs, and skills, even pre-built actions. As you mentioned, this will enable users to reuse existing Resources and Actions, which we believe is essential for the productization of Flink-Agents.
