Thanks @xintongsong. Agree — 1) and 2) are the load-bearing flakiness fixes and they're in #717, so CI signal is trustworthy again. 3) (loosening exact-equality LLM assertions) is the optional longer-term hardening direction and is really a separate, per-test design effort. Let's close #716 as resolved and track 3) in a focused follow-up. I've opened #719 for it (with a concrete layered-assertion direction based on the tool-event discussion in #713).
