Yup, I want mostly wondering on the ambiguity on the Jira and the implementation. I went through the Blog the other day, Rather than RustFS, I was curious about SeaweedFS vs S3Proxy, as @rmoff mentioned it was easier implementation with both have overall high usage activity through docker pulls (Though I do see if 10M vs 5M now in SeaweedFS favour) One other reason I pointed it out was that we would be looking to backporting them to the supported SeaweedFS in the other flink version esp 1.20. Weighing the pro and con of these 2 primarily if back-porting may lead to complexity considering the numbers of file affected and further work which may decrease if we opt for S3Proxy (as per the article). Also if we have a abtract pro and con of the top choices, and the reason of rejection, it would be helpful if we ever need to revisit our decision or be helpful to other projects performing similar operation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
