Already worked on a dependency update for this and many more in
https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/28000/changes as part of FLINK-39516. Had
a minor update there for angular.
Can I take this JIRA and update that PR with new fixes/CVE updates if you
havent started yet. This PR was open for 2-3 months.
