Bot created PRs (https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/28171) in many(maybe all)
Flink repo's to add deletion and force push protections on default and release
branches but the release branch pattern is wrong.
The bot PRs have been closed. The idea now is to open new PRs with the correct
release branch pattern.
