Add interactive inspection and display APIs:
* {{describe(*columns)}} for bounded descriptive statistics such as count,
null count, mean, min, and max.
* {{show(n=10, format=..., max_width=...)}} for local tabular inspection.
* {{__repr__()}} for a plain-text preview.
* {{_repr_html_()}} for HTML notebook rendering.
* {{_repr_mimebundle_()}} for notebook front-ends that support multiple MIME
representations.
* {{explain(show_estimated_cost=False, show_physical_execution_plan=False)}}
for logical and physical plans.
