Description:
Currently there is no way to omit the op column from the output row of
{{TO_CHANGELOG}}. This can be cumbersome in situations where the workflow must
do something like {{SELECT * FROM TO_CHANGELOG(...)}}.
The goal here is to provide a new boolean arg to control this behavior, which
by default will keep the current behavior.
