Thanks for updating the proposal. The lineage-based identity approach looks reasonable to me. Before moving forward, we should clarify its impact on existing APIs, how output ordinals are preserved across yields and recovery, and the determinism requirements when an unfinished action is re-executed. The community is currently focused on the planned 0.4 work. We consider the current risk relatively low, as this issue affects distinct events with identical attributes reaching the same action within a single input round under durable execution.
