Update for reviewers: the full series is now in this one PR — **Avro (`avro-glue`), Protobuf (`protobuf-glue`), and JSON (`json-glue`)** SQL format factories, all built on the same shared config infrastructure, so the pattern reviews once. The branch is also synced with `main` (Flink 2.1.2 / connector-parent 2.0.0).
