We are on japicmp-maven-plugin 0.18.5 since FLINK-37480. The latest release is
0.26.2. In between the plugin fixed the array versus varargs method matching
(siom79/japicmp#393), which currently produces a spurious exception diff on
{{ProjectedRowData.from(int[])}} in {{flink-table-common}}, added
{{CLASS_NOW_NOT_EXTENDABLE}} and covariant return type detection, and reworked
the Maven plugin internals.
