[FLINK-5693] [gelly] ChecksumHashCode DataSetAnalytic
Adds a DataSetAnalytic that checksums and counts elements from a DataSet.
This allows DataSetUtils.checksumHashCode to be deprecated.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
