The Avro Confluent Schema Registry e2e test in apache/flink used KafkaSource
and KafkaSink with the Confluent registry schemas. It was disabled in
FLINK-36268, and FLINK-32451 rewrites it without Kafka. The Kafka side of that
scenario should live in flink-connector-kafka, next to
SQLClientSchemaRegistryITCase, which only covers the SQL client.
