@pavlo-holinko this PR is unfortunately dead from my point of view. If anyone wants to pick up the code an continue, feel free. I currently do not have the bandwidth to work on this. But also, the PR was blocked in 2024 with the request of integration tests. I asked for clarifications, because there is no example of integration test for a Flink format requiring an external, paid resource like Glue Schema Registry.
