## What is the purpose of the change `ToChangelogSemanticTests` and `FromChangelogSemanticTests` still set the NDU strategy to `IGNORE`. The override was a workaround for the NDU visitor not supporting PTFs. FLINK-38233 added PTF support and removed the override from `ProcessTableFunctionSemanticTests`, but missed these two classes.
