ExactlyOnceKafkaWriter lazily creates an AdminClient in getAdminClient() but
never closes it. close() closes the current producer, the producer pool and the
backchannel, and calls super.close(), but the adminClient field is not part of
the closeAll(...) chain, and nothing else closes it.
