    Release Note: Flink's Kubernetes integration now uses the JDK's built-in 
java.net.http client instead of OkHttp. When running on Java 11, native 
Kubernetes and Kubernetes high availability now require Java 11.0.19 or newer, 
and Flink fails on startup on older versions. This also applies to standalone 
deployments that use Kubernetes high availability. The JDK client supports HTTP 
proxies only, so SOCKS proxies no longer work, and it does not send the 
WebSocket keepalives that OkHttp sent every 30 seconds.  (was: Flink's
