## What is the purpose of the change This PR adds an operations guide for running Flink Agents jobs on Kubernetes in application mode (a standalone Job + Deployment topology). ## Brief change log - Add `docs/content/docs/operations/kubernetes_deployment.md` - Cover building the image, configuring the chat model via a Kubernetes Secret, and injecting input data via a ConfigMap - Document three common pitfalls (read-only ConfigMap, missing log4j appenders, TaskManager cannot reach JobManager) and their fixes ## Verifying this change Documentation-only change; no tests required.
