### Purpose of change

Running `WorkflowSingleAgentExample` in IDE fails with
`NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/logging/log4j/core/Layout`.
The Log4j dependencies in `runtime` are declared as `provided`, so they are
not pulled in through `ide-support`.
This adds `log4j-slf4j-impl` to `ide-support`, which also pulls in
`log4j-api` and `log4j-core`. It uses the existing `${log4j2.version}`.
### Tests

- `./tools/build.sh -j` — passed.
- With the dependencies resolved from `ide-support`, logger initialization
failed before the fix and passed afterward.
