Fixed. The non-subagent branch of `completedActionOutputEvents()` now drops
`InternalSubagentCallEvent` and replays only the graph-driving events, so a
completed root caller no longer re-dispatches its finished child's bootstrap
envelope — which registers no call status and caused the `Missing subagent call
status` abort.
Added
`InternalSubagentRecoveryTest#replaysCompletedRootCallerWithoutRebootstrappingItsFinishedChildCall`,
an operator-level snapshot→restore test that seeds a completed root caller
whose persisted outputs still hold the child bootstrap envelope, then restores
and asserts the child is not re-dispatched.
