Fix duplicate records when schema changes split a table's writes within one checkpoint, preserving batch ordering and retry-safe commits. ## Brief change log - Apply the upstream writer, committer, write-result wrapper, serializer, and regression-test changes. - Adapt the added test constructor calls to the existing 3.6 APIs. - Retain the upstream serializer's support for reading version 1 payloads. ## Verifying this change - Spotless apply/check passed on this release-branch backport. - `IcebergWriterTest` and `IcebergWriterStateSerializerTest`: 14 tests passed with each of the Flink 1.20.3 and Flink 2.2.0 profiles, using Java 17 on the 3.6.0 base.
