As a follow-up of FLINK-40979, we should port {{AggregateITCaseBase}},
{{HashAggITCase}} and {{SortAggITCase}} in {{flink-table-planner}} to Java
together. Several of their tests call {{checkQuery}} from the Scala base, which
takes Scala tuples and an implicit {{TypeInformation}}, so porting one subclass
on its own means rewriting that test data while the base stays Scala.
{{AggregateITCaseBase}} also checks {{this.isInstanceOf[HashAggITCase]}} to
disable the variance tests for hash aggregation.
