### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/flink-agents/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Description Streaming agents react to continuously arriving events that update the context of an ongoing workflow. When relevant information changes, the workflow may need to reassess whether to act, which processing path to take, or whether further attention is needed. Decision models can support these recurring judgments when they depend on understanding incoming content and its context. We propose integrating decision models as **Resources**, following the existing resource configuration and lifecycle conventions. The integration would support invocation from Actions through **`context.decide(...)`**, as well as execution through the **Event/Action flow**, so decision results can drive subsequent processing. Applications retain control of business rules and follow-up actions.
