Reports now correlate by explicit `executionId`, allowing success-time metadata to differ from the start report. If you have time, I'd appreciate your review of that change. Added per-response token usage when available. The resolved model and provider need additional parsing and verification across integrations, so those remain follow-up work; `model` still means the configured model/deployment. - **Missing parents:** Documented that selected child calls retain `parentExecutionId` even when the parent Action record is filtered out. Consumer presentation remains unspecified. - **Schema:** Added top-level `schemaVersion: 1` to every record and documented versioning rules.
