MartijnVisser opened a new pull request, #29485:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/29485

   ## What is the purpose of the change

Replaces the open Dependabot PRs for the web dashboard with one update.
Dependabot drops the optional peer entry for `less` from the lockfile, so its
npm PRs fail to build.

   ## Brief change log

     - Declare `less` as a devDependency
     - Angular 21.2.25/21.2.26, vitest 4.1.11 and in-range transitive updates
     - monaco-editor 0.57.0 (vendors DOMPurify 3.4.15)
     - NOTICE: version changes only

The Angular update needed `npm install --force` (npm reports ERESOLVE on
Angular's exact peer pins even though the final tree has none), and the vitest
update needed npm 11 because npm 10.9 fails with an `edgesOut` error. `npm ls`
is clean and `npm ci` on the build's npm 10.9.0 accepts the lockfile.
Supersedes #29444, #29443, #29442, #29441, #29361, #29360, #29359, #29358 and
#29143.

   ## Verifying this change

This change is already covered by existing tests: `npm ci` and `npm run
ci-check` pass, and I checked overview, job graph and thread dump against a
local cluster.
