Thanks for the detailed investigation and for testing this across different environments! As discussed in #943, reusing a TaskManager across different Flink Agents jobs also involves Python import/cache lifecycle issues beyond Pemja classloading. Would you be open to documenting this known limitation first, and holding off on recommending the parent-first configuration until we review support for this scenario more broadly? Our impression so far is that running successive Flink Agents jobs in the same session cluster may be a less common use case, though we’d be interested to hear if you have a particular usage scenario in mind.
