Release Note: Adds an opt-in topic integrity check for the KafkaSource,
enabled with enableTopicIntegrityCheck() or scan.topic-integrity-check.enabled.
When enabled, the job fails if a subscribed topic is deleted or recreated with
a different topic id instead of continuing silently. The enumerator state
version changes, so a checkpoint taken with 5.1.0 cannot be restored with 5.0.0.
