Hi @wenjin272, I'd like to work on this if you haven't started on it yourself. Plan: a first PR with the capability matrix in the docs and Anthropic in Java and Python, since Anthropic takes images and documents directly in `tool_result.content`. Then Chat Completions (including Azure OpenAI and vLLM) and Ollama, where I'd post the companion-message findings here before writing code. Gemini, Bedrock, DashScope and watsonx.ai don't support media yet (#1059), and OpenAI Responses media is in #1275, so I'd do those after that work lands.
