Thanks for the update, and sorry for the delayed follow-up—I’ve been busy with the 0.4 release. It looks like some changes may have been lost while resolving rebase conflicts: the configuration wiring and streaming ZIP extraction fixes are missing, `extract_zip_into()` was removed while its callers remain (causing the Python CI import failures), and the existing Java classpath extraction cleanup was dropped. Could you compare this version with the pre-rebase branch and restore the missing changes, including the relevant updates from main, before rerunning the tests? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
