`JdbcSourceBuilder.build()` accepted `ResultSet.CONCUR_READ_ONLY` as the result set type for exactly-once, but that is a concurrency constant, not a result set type. This limits the check to `ResultSet.TYPE_SCROLL_INSENSITIVE` and adds a test to `JdbcSourceBuilderTest`. Found while reviewing #220.
