One correction to my previous comment: FLINK-40270 already uses this API for
source-thread job attribution. I still don’t think FLIP-583 itself requires a
separate cross-team release test: it is an additive API change, with unit tests
covering JobInfo propagation through both reader and enumerator contexts.
