## What is the purpose of the change
Allow deleting pods stuck on unhealthy nodegroups. Once we have used half
the deletion timeout, check if the grace period for the pod deletion is already
past. If so, apply force delete on all stuck pods.
Configurable via
kubernetes.operator.resource.cleanup.force-delete-stuck-pods.enabled
(default true).
