Remove four files under `flink-connector-kafka/archunit-violations/` that no rule in `stored.rules` maps to, and that no committed version of `stored.rules` ever mapped. ArchUnit only reaches a store through that mapping, so these files are never read. `ProductionCodeArchitectureTest` and `TestCodeArchitectureTest` pass with no store changes on every main CI combination (Flink 2.2.1, 2.3.0, 2.2-SNAPSHOT and 2.3-SNAPSHOT on JDK 11, 17 and 21).
