Add a start mode to {{{}MaterializedTableDescriptor{}}}, like freshness, and
{{execute(StartMode)}} and {{{}execute(CreateMode, StartMode){}}}, which
override it for one call. The start mode is recorded with the definition
exactly as the SQL clause does, and replaced by every declaration.
Proposed Changes
* Add {{MaterializedTableDescriptor#getStartMode()}} and
{{{}Builder#startMode(StartMode){}}}, covered by {{toBuilder()}}
* Add {{MaterializedPipeline#execute(StartMode)}} and {{execute(CreateMode,
StartMode)}}
* Resolve the start mode from the {{execute(...)}} argument, else the
descriptor, else {{{}materialized-table.default-start-mode{}}}, and pass it
into the operation built by {{{}MaterializedTableOperationFactory{}}}, as the
{{START_MODE}} clause does
