Hi Yuepeng Pan, thanks for checking. I don't think FLIP-568 needs a cross-team
test. The scope is narrow, deterministic and covered by unit and IT tests. The
stricter CAST default is documented in the FLINK-39623 release note, along with
the legacy flag. I'll close this ticket.
