v4.0 only support till 1.19 so fixing that would be obselete anyway.
I see the weekly test couldn't run in main probably because v4.0 failed before.
I would propose:
# Removing the v4.0 from the weekly.
# Creating the fix for the main in case of failures.
# Making a new release 4.1 with the new release strategy if its faster.
