spuru9 opened a new pull request, #268:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-jdbc/pull/268
## What is the purpose of the change
Backport of #220 to `v4.1`, since the Flink docs are built from `v4.1.0`.
## Brief change log
Cherry-pick of 36caea9 with these adjustments for `v4.1`:
- Spanner (FLINK-37288) is left out everywhere, including
`docs/data/jdbc.yml`.
- The `PreparedSplitterEnumerator.of(sql)` example is left out, as it
gives zero splits without FLINK-40747.
- `setContinuousUnBoundingSettings` and
`setOptionalSqlSplitEnumeratorState` are not described as deprecated, as
FLINK-40746 is main-only.
- `docs/data/jdbc.yml` keeps `4.1-SNAPSHOT` and `flink_compatibility:
["2.1", "2.2"]`.
