The PR has been reworked: rebased onto master with a single commit
(https://github.com/apache/flink-cdc/pull/4533).
Review feedback is addressed — unsupported types now fail fast instead of being
advertised, `jdbc.properties.*` reach the JDBC connection, the IBM driver is
excluded from the shaded artifact, and the schema-change / UPDATE limitations
are documented. 26 tests pass on Flink 1.20.3 and 2.2.0. The upstream workflow
is still waiting for a committer to approve it.
