snuyanzin opened a new pull request, #29681:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/29681
## What is the purpose of the change
The idea is to run in parallel and then regroup logs with awbk to reuse
existing LicenseCheck functionality
like
```
a. Maven logs the thread name on every line.
b. The raw log goes to /tmp/clean_compile_raw.out.
c. awk groups the lines by thread (one thread builds one module at a
time), then removes the thread names. Lines without a thread name go into their
own group.
d. The result goes to /tmp/clean_compile.out, which the checks read as
before.
```
