Hi maintainers — I'd like to work on this if it is still open. Plan: add an optional opaque user context on the built-in request events (chat / tool / context retrieval / decision model), echo it unchanged on the matching response events (including failure responses where those exist), preserve it across tool-call rounds / retries / model fallback for chat, and keep Java + Python (+ serialization / cross-language) aligned. Context would not be injected into prompts or tool args. Happy to open a PR once a committer confirms this direction is wanted.
