The stable documentation gets the Docusaurus site, updated Chinese translations, and bilingual YAML pipeline examples, with version information and deployment paths adapted for 3.7. ## Brief change log - Backport the Hugo-to-Docusaurus migration, including search, language/version navigation, compatibility redirects, locked npm dependencies, and documentation/Javadoc CI integration from #4593 (`b806d2676`). - Backport Chinese source connector translations from #4567 (`c87d80ce6`), the 3.7 release documentation updates from #4576 (`c09440ceb`), Kafka delivery-guarantee documentation from #4575 (`93d868c94`), and documentation cleanup from #4589 (`5f0500103`). - Backport the bilingual YAML examples and best practices from #4604 (`33cd3a45c`), including MySQL/Paimon, MySQL/Kafka, PostgreSQL/Iceberg, table selection, metadata/soft deletes, and AI text labeling. - Set the site version to 3.7.0, point edit links and the default deployment prefix to release-3.7, and build the stable alias with its own prefix. Align the documentation workflow's branch matrix and aliases with master. - Preserve the Debezium 1.9.8 correction already on release-3.7. Retain the Fluss functionality documented by release-3.7; the master-only FLINK-41028 and FLINK-41058 additions require runtime changes outside this backport. --- ## Verifying this change - `npm --prefix docs test`: all 3 tests passed. - `npm --prefix docs run build`: English and Chinese production builds passed, including internal link and anchor validation. - `DOCS_BASE_URL=/flink/flink-cdc-docs-stable/ npm --prefix docs run build -- --out-dir target-alias`: both languages passed for the stable alias. - Checked all 282 generated HTML pages in each output for deployment prefixes, release-3.7 edit links, expanded version tokens, and stable release status; checked all 14 bilingual example pages, both search indexes, and the Flink 1.20/2.2 download links. - With SDKMAN JDK 11: `mvn -o -B -N spotless:apply spotless:check apache-rat:check` passed. - `bash -n .github/workflows/docs.sh` and `git diff --check` passed. The complete Java/Javadoc build is left to the documentation CI workflow. ## Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature?
