CI is expected to fail on this PR until FLINK-41095 (#29575) is merged. The cleanup removes expired rows with one `MapState#asyncPutAll` that maps their timestamps to `null`. On current `master`, `MapStateAdaptor` (async state on HashMap and RocksDB) stores those `null` values instead of removing the keys, so: - the async cases of `RowTimeIntervalJoinTest` and `ProcTimeIntervalJoinTest` fail, because expired rows stay in state, and - `AsyncStateRowTimeIntervalJoinTest` may hang until the CI timeout. All tests pass locally with #29575 and #29571 applied (commands and results are in the description). FLINK-41091 (#29571, ForSt) does not affect CI here, since no test runs on ForSt, but the async join needs it on ForSt at runtime.
