@tillrohrmann , I have submitted the modifications that covered all your
suggestions.
Only one issue I am not confirmed is in order to reuse the
**ScheduledExecutor** in **RpcService**, I modified the type of
**ScheduledExecutorService** in **HeartbeatManagerImpl**, otherwise we need
another wrapper like **ScheduledExecutorServiceAdapter**.
