[~xiaogang.shi] you are right, It's very difficult to supported setting times
for all case. [~fhueske] is right. That is exactly what I was planning to do.
[~aljoscha], thanks for your valuable inputs. Yes, alternatively, we can let
the flink system to provide a column (only for non-keyed over window) with just
one key globally. But that will need an extra column to store the key over the
network (thereby introducing unnecessary network load). I am OK with this plan
too. [~fhueske] , what do you think?
