Hello [~till.rohrmann]
I have time, and started work on this ticket, but after this I have switched to 
ticket https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-5782.
So I decided to work first on 5782, because for now it is more interesting for 
me than this issue. 
For two issues simultaneously I don't have time, so I think I can return to it 
later, if it won't be implemented.
