[FLINK-5962] [runtime-web] [tests] Replace deprecated usage og JsonNoâ¦
This PR replaces the usage of `JsonNode#getValueAsText()` with
`JsonNode#asText()` in the `JobCancellationWithSavepointHandlersTest`.
