`git push -f origin FLINK-827-FIX-rebased:FLINK-827-FIX` should do the
trick (it overwrites `FLINK-827-FIX`) (I assume that `origin` is your flink
fork (you can check with `git remote -v`)
But we can also merge from the branch you mention in the comment.
